REFUND POLICY
1. Digital products:
Due to the digital nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds on our websites templates once purchased.
2. Services:
Once the 50% deposit is paid for your service (branding or website design) your slot is booked and no refund will be offered. However, you can send an email at hello@studioivory.co and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
PRICES POLICY
We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time prior to accepting an order.
PAYMENTS
All digital products can be purchased with a one-time payment or through a payment plan. Payments can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods such as PayPal.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.
